FVDED Wristband Shipments have started! Your Wristband will be sent via expedited shipping to the address in your Front Gate account – Please double check that it is correct. All Wristbands must be registered so please remember to do this before the festival.
Use the 7-digit alphanumeric code on the back of your wristband to register.
WHAT IF MY ADDRESS IS WRONG? WHAT IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT?
If your address is wrong, please contact Front Gate and they will tell you instructions on getting your wristband. If you haven’t received your wristband in the mail by July 1st, please contact Front Gate Tickets right away. If the package was lost or was sent to the wrong address, you will be instructed to pick them up at the Festival Box Office (details on location will be announced at a later date).
Wristband registration is required and ensures a smooth process when entering the festival each day. Your wristband is your investment, so secure it to avoid any issues. This will guarantee your wristband is associated to your name, which will be important for any customer service troubleshooting processing. You also have the option to add in your Emergency Contact information in order to assist you in the worst case scenarios.

We know you might be excited to wear your Wristband as soon as you get it BUT please read the instructions about your Wristband.
1. Do not put on your wristband until the morning of the festival!
2. Do not tighten before fitting to your wrist comfortably!
3. All wristbands have a one-way locking mechanism.
Any wristbands that are put on too early or too tight and need to be cut will be subject to a $25 replacement fee. The original wristband must be exchanged when receiving a replacement
